They knew exactly what size to use and were super friendly. I got a total of 5 piercings done in one ear so that I could have a total of 6.I got an ear piercing here years ago, and when the earring came out I was able to walk in and get a new one for 8 bucks. I wanted two rows with three piercings per row to go along with the single piercing I had done as a baby. Once the appointment was done the piercer told me that one of the piercings was done at an angle so we may have to re-pierce it at some point. At that point I’m okay with that and now let’s fast forward 4 months later. One of my other earrings is digging into my skin. Basically it heals and then gets injured again because of the crescent moon shape of the earring. I am pretty much done with this piercing and I want it taken out. I call on a Saturday(which is why I called) to see what the wait time would be to take it out. I was told get there before 6 since that’s when they are expecting it to get crowded. I get off the phone and arrive in about 10 minutes I explain the situation, letting them know that I called and have them look at my piercing. They suggest a longer post for the earring but at this point I don’t want the thing in anymore. They tell me well the wait time is at least 1.5 hours. What? I just called and the female associates response is well we just had a party come in with 5 piercings. So I can either wait the 1.5 hours or come in tomorrow as soon as they open to see if someone can take it out then. I am now frustrated because while I understand that I can’t make an appointment for an earring removal I shouldn’t have to wait 1.5 hours for it to get done. I called, I got the piercings done at your business and now I have to wait because new piercings take priority. Either tell me you will fit me in between appointments or give me a more feasible option.

Plus when I went home and took out my piercing myself I noticed that 2 of the 5 piercing holes are not symmetrical so now I have a cluster of three holes and three fairly spread out piercings.
